  • Fees and charges in the right order. Management fee, Rent and Legal Protection, maintenance, and every other deduction applied by payout priority, with anything that cannot be covered carried forward to next month.
  • One clean payout per landlord. Combined fee, contractor, and protection lines, each broken down property by property, with the landlord seeing a single tidy statement.
  • Statements and confirmations sent for you. Landlord statements with invoices attached, contractor payment confirmations, and accountant copies, all on one click.
  • Safe to run, easy to correct. Void and delete protection that restores deductions correctly, plus historic entry for catching the books up to date.
